Ferrari Manual Conversion: ECU and Control-System Planning

Treat the conversion as a complete system

Electronic configuration must be coordinated with the mechanical conversion. The required work depends on the vehicle and installed controllers. One programming service or bypass module should not be described as a universal solution for every Ferrari.

Identify what each offering provides

A programming service and a TCU bypass module are different operations or offerings. Read the current application requirements, supplied contents and prerequisites for any selected component. Do not assume a bypass module includes all mechanical components, every control module or the complete installation. Contact GTE Engineering about available programming work.

Remove unrelated parts from the plan

A 7DCL750 valve-body seal kit belongs to a different service context and should not be treated as an essential component of a 360 or F430 gated-manual conversion. Parts selection must follow the actual conversion configuration.

Document the completed work

Keep controller identification, configuration records and mechanical parts details with the vehicle. Follow the applicable setup procedure and record the conversion accurately for future servicing. Contact GTE Engineering to clarify the available scope before ordering.
