GTE Engineering is actively seeking talented professionals to join our specialized automotive workshop. We work exclusively on Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati vehicles and pride ourselves on delivering factory-level precision and craftsmanship.
We are currently looking for the following positions:
- Automotive Master Technicians
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in high-end automotive repair
Factory or specialized training in Ferrari, Lamborghini, or Maserati systems preferred
Must have own professional tools
Ability to work full-time, part-time, or per-job hire
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including F1 transmissions and precision drivetrains
Rebuild, service, and maintain engines, clutches, and hydraulic components
Maintain detailed service records and ensure quality standards
- Office / Reception Professional
Requirements:
Strong personal communication skills
Previous experience in automotive or professional office environments preferred
Basic proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office software
Ability to manage phone calls, emails, and daily workshop workflow
Available for full-time or part-time employment
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and coordinate appointments
Track work orders, follow up on customer communications, and maintain administrative records
Support daily operations of the workshop to ensure smooth workflow
- 3D / CNC Masters
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience with 3D design and CNC operations
Proficient in 3D scanning and CAD software
Advanced knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machine operations
Responsibilities:
Produce precision components for Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati vehicles
Collaborate with engineering team for custom and rebuild projects
Maintain CNC machines and ensure high-quality output
