Send-in rebuild service for your existing clutch assembly, carried out by GTE Engineering using PEGA Clutch® friction linings. The selected stage sets the lining specification and listed service price. This listing does not supply a new complete clutch conversion kit.

Part References and Application

For DB7 Vantage V12 manual-transmission clutch assemblies. Identify the clutch actually installed, particularly on cars converted from an earlier assembly. Kit and component numbers identify different scopes and are not interchangeable.

Part selection responsibility: GTE Engineering does not provide VIN-to-part checks or fitment confirmations. The customer or sender is responsible for verifying part numbers, vehicle compatibility and the correct part before ordering or sending any component.

What the Rebuild Includes

• Disassembly, cleaning and inspection for wear, heat damage and dimensional condition.
• Reconditioning of serviceable components and rebuilding with the selected PEGA friction material.
• Assembly balancing and checks of release pressure and engagement characteristics before shipment.

Replacement pressure plates, intermediate plates, hubs and actuation hardware depend on inspection and the agreed estimate. Additional repairs are agreed separately. Flywheel resurfacing and balancing, advanced assembly balancing, and hydraulic or actuator testing are separate optional services. Balancing does not replace installation checks or any required vehicle setup.

How the Send-In Service Works

1. Identify your assembly. You or your installer must verify the installed clutch reference, engine and transmission before ordering.
2. Select your PEGA stage. Choose from the existing options below; discuss intended use and modifications with GTE for service planning.
3. Arrange the shipment. Contact GTE for current receiving arrangements and follow the shipping instructions. Include your order details with the component.
4. Inspection and rebuild. GTE assesses the received assembly and identifies any work outside the selected service before proceeding.
5. Installation. Your installer remains responsible for correct installation and the vehicle's required checks and setup.
