Lamborghini maintenance and chassis care

Low mileage alone does not establish that a car is up to date on maintenance. We review elapsed time, use, storage and previous work alongside the model-specific schedule. Fluid and filter service, leak inspection and wear checks are defined for the vehicle’s configuration.

Engine and cooling systems: assess running concerns, oil and coolant leaks, cooling performance, hoses and related components.
Brakes, tires and chassis: investigate braking concerns, tire wear, suspension noise and steering behavior through inspection.
Electrical and climate systems: investigate starting, charging, warning messages and supported air-conditioning concerns.

Diagnosing your Lamborghini

Describe when the problem occurs: from a stop, during a gear change, after warming up, under acceleration or after storage. Include previous repairs, warning messages and modifications. We combine inspection with supported diagnostic data to assess the cause and define the work; we do not select a rebuild solely from a symptom.

The proposed inspection and repair scope is explained before authorization. If dismantling reveals additional work, the estimate must identify the required parts and services. Diagnostic labor, repair labor and replacement components follow the approved scope.

E-Gear, clutch and transmission diagnosis

Gallardo and Murciélago E-Gear systems combine a mechanical gearbox and clutch with electrohydraulic controls. An unexpected neutral, rejected shift or delayed engagement calls for an assessment of the relevant systems. A clutch replacement alone does not resolve every hydraulic or electrical fault.

Our work includes applicable E-Gear actuator and power-unit rebuilding, hydraulic hoses, clutch and release-system assessment, and Graziano transmission rebuilding. PEGA clutch rebuilding and flywheel or balancing services can be included in an agreed repair plan. After installation, the applicable bleeding, learning and calibration procedures must be addressed.

The Aventador’s ISR system has its own architecture and service requirements. Manual, E-Gear, ISR and dual-clutch applications are assessed separately. Provide the VIN and transmission details when requesting work so GTE can confirm support for the exact configuration.

For turbocharged, modified or track-driven cars, disclose engine output changes and intended use before choosing a clutch specification. The required capacity and engagement characteristics depend on the complete setup.

Aventador ISR transmission work is assessed for the specific gearbox and vehicle. Send the VIN, transmission identification, diagnostic findings and repair history so GTE can define the inspection and rebuilding scope. Mechanical gearbox, clutch, hydraulic and electronic work are identified separately in the estimate.

From diagnosis to vehicle handover

Discuss the concern: provide the vehicle details, service history and symptoms so we can plan the appointment.
Inspect and diagnose: assess the car and perform the checks appropriate to the agreed concern.
Agree the repair: review findings, parts requirements and the proposed work before proceeding.
Repair and verify: complete the authorized work and applicable operational checks, setup or calibration before handover.

Bringing the car versus sending a component

A workshop appointment allows GTE to assess and repair the complete vehicle within the agreed scope. A send-in rebuild concerns the removed component supplied to us. If another workshop performs removal and installation, vehicle diagnosis, refitting and final commissioning must be coordinated with that installer. Confirm the correct service before arranging transport or shipping.

Lamborghini service questions

Can GTE investigate E-Gear shifting problems?

Yes. We assess the applicable clutch, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems to establish a repair plan for the vehicle.

Is Aventador ISR the same as Gallardo E-Gear?

No. They are distinct systems with different components and service requirements. Identify the exact vehicle and transmission before booking work or ordering parts.

Should I mention turbocharging or track use?

Yes. Modifications, torque demand, use and previous clutch changes are important when assessing driveline faults or selecting a clutch rebuild specification.

What will the work cost, and how long will it take?

Cost and turnaround depend on the vehicle, inspection findings, approved work and parts availability. Request an assessment with your vehicle details; a general service page cannot provide a reliable universal price or completion date.
