Shipping Instructions Checklist
Please follow these simple steps to ship your part in for rebuild. In addition, you are Welcome to visit our FAQ page for any questions you may have.
__ Print your receipt (W/Order Number) or write it on a paper and add
it inside your shipping. All items must be free of oil and
depressurized! (if applicable).
NOTE: On rebuild request, made outside of https://www.gte-engineering.com/ web page, you will need to fill out the “Customer Service Request” form. You can find that document on our Download Page: https://gteeng.com/pages/downloads
__ Take your part to a UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS (or your local
shipping Post Office) shipping station for packing. (if applicable)
NOTE: If the part is heavier than 70+lb. We request that the part be shipped via “LTL Freight”. Please contact us for details. Recommended Brokerage of USA customers: https://rxo.com/. For International ground shipping, “DHL” is recommended. International Freight contact: https://www.jas.com/
__ Make sure your part is well-packed, and you have insurance
added.
NOTE: To add insurance is highly recommended!. We, GTE Engineering LLC., are not responsible for “In” and/or “Outbound” shipping.
For shipping Insurance, we recommend selecting insurance coverage at checkout!

__ At the time of purchasing the “Shipping Label/BOL,” you are
required to add the receiver’s (GTE) email address and your “Order
Number.”
