Finding the cause

This Ferrari FF arrived with multiple transmission fault codes, shifting issues, and an oil leak. An extensive diagnosis pointed toward a speed sensor concern, calling for a closer look inside the dual-clutch transmission.
Our goal was to identify the cause, address the leak and restore reliable operation through careful inspection, repair and calibration.

Speed sensor faults can affect shift operation and generate transmission warnings. A diagnostic scan is the starting point for identifying the cause.
Examples of gearbox speed sensor codes listed by Ferrari for the FF and other covered models include:

The transmission was removed, opened and inspected. We replaced the affected electronics, addressed the oil leak and calibrated the internal systems, including the SAP and CCP platforms.
